My Try at Making Window Stars

I saw the beautiful, colorful stars that my internet friend made. Before I ordered the colored kite paper, I wanted to try my hand with some copy paper. I thought it came out pretty good and I placed it in the bedroom window. If you are interested in making some, go to The County Blossom blog--her link is on the left side of my blog under Favorite Places to Visit. She has really good instructions and where to order the papers. Have fun!

  1. Your star looks beautiful. I've seen these before on her sight and would like to try them. I've got all that I need to make them, I just need to DO IT!
It would be a fun craft to do with the kids.

  5. Marie, I love your star. That is so pretty. I will have to check out the blogpost where it shows how to make them. Thanks for your sweet comments about my Dad. Yes, he had an awesome trip. Don't you just love seeing the news stories about the Flight of Honor trips on Channel 12? They are always so touching. Being there in person on Saturday night to welcome those men home is an experience I will never forget. Good luck making your other stars. They will look so pretty in your lovely home. Love & blessings from NC!
